tobepaid is a Dutch software company based in Rotterdam. We develop credit management software for organisations that want more control over their accounts receivable process.

ISO 27001 confirms that tobepaid works with a structured information security management system. For customers, this means that risks around data security, access control, continuity, supplier management and incident response are managed in a controlled and auditable way.
ISO 42001 focuses on the responsible use and management of artificial intelligence. This is relevant because tobepaid supports AI-assisted workflows and automation within credit management. The certification helps customers understand that AI is applied with attention to governance, transparency, risk control and human oversight.
NEN 7510 is the Dutch standard for information security in healthcare. For healthcare organisations and other customers working with sensitive personal data, this provides additional assurance that tobepaid meets strict Dutch requirements for confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

Our Rotterdam office
We’ve moved into our new office at Westplein 12 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands, a beautiful monumental building in the Veerhaven District, right in the heart of one of Rotterdam’s most characterful neighborhoods.
